MyNest by Spring of Zen

METHOD

From question to one observable experiment

MyNest is an environmental and behavioural decision framework for own-room transitions in children aged 2½–6. It is not medical treatment.

  1. Listen. Locate when resistance begins.
  2. Classify. Consider darkness, separation, ownership, environment, routine, or a non-room cause.
  3. Choose one. Offer LIGHT, STORY_OR_SOUND, or ROOM_FRIEND only when that choice matches the barrier.
  4. Observe. Record room entry and sleep outcome at Day 1, 3, 7, and 14.
  5. Learn. Aggregate anonymous results only after the evidence gate is met.

How we listen to public parent language

New demand research is manually reviewed from relevant public Reddit discussions and combined with anonymous first-party MyNest search, ad, and pilot data. We keep problem wording and patterns—not usernames, profiles, contact details, child names, addresses, or exact birthdays. Reddit is a reality sensor, never a lead list, and broad autonomous web crawling is disabled.

What we do not do

We do not diagnose, claim therapeutic effects, fabricate cases, collect child names, mass-message families, scrape identities, or transmit optional free-text notes. We do not recommend changing several variables at once.
